It is a poor idea to lie to yourself
Honesty is very important; you will never go wrong if you are honest to yourself. We all lie at some point but not about serious things that can put me in trouble one day. We cannot change the things we face in our daily lives but we can work better from those things if we are honest enough to ourselves.  The fact that our friends are living “thee” good life and they got it all good in their life doesn’t consistently mean you can’t reach that stage you will also get there in time, we just need to be brave and be honest to ourselves that the input we put in and emphasize on now will take us somewhere in future.

Some other people are not confident to tell about their history and where they come from so they lie thinking that they lying to others where as they are lying to their selves. When you lie to yourself that means you don’t accept and acknowledge the way things happen around you and the way you are. Sometimes we do tell lie just to have that inner great feeling for that moment like I lied during Easter holiday I checked in at my hometown in Butterworth and all my friends were convinced that I’m at home seriously. They were so interested in seeing me at church wearing my uniform until the last day of Easter when they saw my mom and she told them that I’m in Cape Town I didn’t come back for holidays. It was great feeling when we chat over the phone, I satisfied my inner feeling but later the truth comes out and I had to deal with the consequences. The sad thing about lying is you have to tell another lie in order to cover the first lie, truths sets you free and lie hurts and haunt you down, be confident never lie to yourself you will be only creating trouble for yourself.

The sound of one hand clapping
The sound of one clapping hand means that even though you struggle you are seriously pushing on the other side. Push even if you have no back-up, the fact that you are pushing means that you are getting somewhere. I remember the time I was doing 2nd year doing seven subjects; it was really hard I was just studying without hope to pass with no strength and effort in, but the only thing kept me going was to submit and be in class every day. The sound of one hand clapping mean that when you fall with your right hand the left hand must not rely on the other hand it must do something that little sound of help is needed even though it won’t be easy.
Sometimes you discover at a very late stage that only one hand is clapping only when someone noticed and notify you. When you used to use two things it’s not easy to work when its only one thing that is working.
Both Hands Clapping
Not all who wander are lost
What we have done for ourselves alone dies with us. Enjoy each day live life to the fullest and make the most of what you have. It is later than you think.” we cannot carry our entire difficulties on our shoulders as we go. Sometimes, if we are to go forward, entire worlds must be left behind. Winter will come to the window behind it; surely some stress will mark the majority of our days. But today will ride forever, into the sunset of our memories.
Finally, after years of waiting and studying too hard I have managed to get my diploma, so those that have lost hope and still wondering when they will make it to be called graduates it’s still the chance to prove that now. No matter how you struggle in academics you will make it in the end you just need to do things right and wait for the right time because not all who graduate are clever but hard work and sacrifice pays. When you achieve something the life of the mind becomes rich and renewed. Everything has its own time in life.

How do you step from the top of a 100-foot pole?

You fall to a pit of failure that is difficult to recover from. At each moment it is the same as making a big decision in life. It cannot be taken lightly, rushed or forced. You had some goal to achieve… some sort of plan of action. So it’s difficult to figure out why anyone would climb a 100-foot pole? It needs to be done slowly, if you decide to jump, leap or fall off of the pole, you could land up hurting yourself, the same as if an important decision is rushed into and later regretted. Though you are making an effort, the challenge is to be fully alive, fully genuine. When we take this step, there is no gap between us and the world, no more sense of confusion, trying, and effort.

Time is needed to decide how to approach a decision, steps are required in how to handle it and confidence is needed to go through with it. In our relationships, in our work and in our lives, we have no choice but to do something or say something. Doing nothing, or remaining silent is a choice; it is still doing something.  You take your time and decide on the best option that will suit you, the best approach for you and the best way that you can handle it.  You take it as it comes and make sure that you choose the easiest and calculated choice for yourself that will lead you to safety and get your feet firmly back on the ground.
