If I were the boss

Being a boss is not an easy job, you need to understand the core vision of the company and know how to deal with people. I would always interact and be approachable for anything to everyone in the company and always appreciate the staff for their good work. I will always set clear instructions in order for my employees know what is good for the company and stand firm on my decision. Professionalism starts from the boss, I will make sure that I set a good example to my employees.
The success of a company lies from the relationship of a boss and its staff.  I will always put people in the right job, position and tell them what is expected from them in a specific time. Always put a challenge to them to more opportunities in the company so that they can learn and develop their knowledge and skills of business. I won’t overwork  my staff as everyone needs her own spare time to do his/her personal things, and I will treat them with respect  and dignity and there won’t be any favours.  Being a proactive boss helps to know what your staff enjoy the most in the company and outside workplace, and what their concerns are. If I were the boss I will be a good boss
a boss always put a smile to its staff
Impact of social network on society
Social networks bring people with common interests together to offer exposure to new ideas from around the world and lower inhibitions to overcome anxiety. People who have difficulties in face to face communication find it easy and feel more comfortable interacting via internet. It allows people to reconnect with old and existing friends and family and create new relationships. Through social network most companies are able to advertise their company and products to specific markets or discover and engage with loyal brands, targets markets and competition. Most social networks allow users to maintain profiles of them and list of their friends and encourage people to share their personal experience with others through music videos and other media.
It enables ordinary people to voice out opinions on practically anything to an audience from anywhere. Social networks represent an effective platform for teenagers to interact and socialise school work and do good. For businesses it’s easier and cheaper to grow their businesses using to social networks. Children too are especially exposed to predators on social networks; they also spend most of their time on them which result to fail their studies at school.

Fame changes people behavior

fame changes people do bad things just because they will be recognised, sometimes they forget their original background and start living in their own world. When people have fame they don't care about what other people think of them they just do what they want. When people have money they do all sort of things to be recognised and when they are recognised they turn things around and do bad things out of fame. In some cases people do things that lead them losing their careers and when you are quite people start having questions. sometimes people do things that will have a negative impact into their fans.

"kenny kunene eating sushi on a womans body" that changes the perfection of his fans.  most of people use their fame correctly to encourage and benefit others. Other people like being famous because they inspire someone whose famous like celebrities e.g. Kenny Kunene. i think people need to value their personal values and morals and do not change theirselves for the sake of maintaining fame and fortune.People need to respect themselves in whatever ways, because at the end of the despite of the things you do out of fame your personality tells alot about you.
fashion styles

Vintage look wow ; when vintage comes to mind all i think is "old ",a unique and stylish. My cousin sister is so into the vintage style and she was doing her vintage her 3rd level in fashion design aand for her range. She went with the vintage style look, for her drawing inspiration she went through some pictures in a magazines but couldnt figure out what she really wanted. Guees what she found inspiration in my grandmothers photo album, 'thee vintage style'.

Coming to think of  it,vintage is stylish and back by popular demand. All my varsity friends are wearing the 1960-70's style and it looks supper cool. These items would be great in any vintage clothing collection. fabolous vintage fashion worthy of a special attention. Of course, don't forget, vintage clothing is also nice to wear. Go to your next formal or costume event dressed in a fabulous vintage evening gown complete with vintage accessories!
Dresses often had a wide shoulder pads, a nipped long waist and a full skirt that fell below the knee. Common details furs and patriotic colors of red, white and blue. Suits were common, in generic colors, with no nonsense shoulder pads and hemlines just below the knee.

Two people come out of the building and into a story

Two people come out of a building and into a story of a small baby crying next to their cars in the parking lod. Men and women both decided to send the child to the police station and when they arrive there the police officers told that they don't take kids and no one has reported the missing of the baby to them they must go with the baby, they decided to go to hospital and even there they didn't find the mother of the child. After few days keeping the child they decided to go to social workers to give the child while they were on a queue some one came to them and said" you are so blessed to have an innocent and loving child like this you must be enjoying every moment." they continue with giving the child to the social workers and the social worker said "it is a sign of love from God that you must raise this child together and give the child a loving home, and a man replied to the social worker" we are not married and we are not an item". the social worker said "God doesn't give by hand this is a blessing from Him.

Two people come out of the building and into a story with the child to church, at church the priest said they must marry because they are raising an angel. So they got married same day without any preparations and the pastor let them walk around the church while they were walking as married couple people were giving them presents and gifts. On the way out of the building they met people who wants their photographs and pictures for being a good role model in the world because in our days when people found a child they run away or sometimes call the police they don't take other initiatives.
How hard is it to follow instructions??

It is hard because we as people we do not use the same strategy when doing things and we always look for the easy way out. In order for one to be able to follow instructions one needs to practise using listening skills very attentively or pay too much attention. "in a local newspaper in Umthatha last year a reporter noted on a teachers voice on why students tend to fail. "These students do not fail because they do not know what they have been taught, they fail because they do not listen then they can't follow instructions given to them." In my point of view i think its not instructions that are hard to follow but our listening skills are the one playing games with us.

Instructions sometimes don't always give an easy direction thats why people tend to produce other skills and their creativity to do things in order to finish on time. Sometimes we hear the first part of the instruction and then take the whole into our own creative plan and we start having different instructions from the one given.
