Feelings follow behaviour

I feel that people lack the comprehension that thoughts and feelings are "normal" (whatever they may consist of) and largely out of our control. There is no such thing as a "wrong" feeling.... What is important is how we react (or not react) to these thoughts and feelings... as this is what distinguishes us…so as far as there being a difference between thoughts, feelings, and behavior...Thoughts are obviously things you think, you create. Feelings are things that follow these thoughts...and behavior is what usually follows these thoughts and feelings.

You behave according to what you feel and want to do. Both these two words play a major role in life. Feelings and behavior can tell us more about people than words. Actions talk, and through actions we see feelings and the way we act, is the way we behave. We cannot always control our feelings, but I believe we can control our behavior. It is not bad to let your feelings follow behavior, but we must make sure we are always in control of our actions. When you feel sad nothing helps but crying is the best  after crying you feel much better than before. When you happy and everything is doing good you r positive attitude can tell.

It is better to practice a little than talk a lot

Practice makes perfect, where as talk is just a cheap way to articulate you out of a situation. People love to talk; they enjoy the attention and the feeling of being at centre stage. “Talk is cheap” ' actions speak louder than words. To pretend that you actually know what you are doing where as you know nothing. People are full of empty promises and they like to make them to such an extent that there are no role models instead there empty promises hanging which result to a lie.

If our leaders were able to practice things before implementing them to the state things would not be like this especially the education department. It is the worst department because they always apply things and skills of other countries here without evaluating if it’s going to work on their system and historical resources of this country or not. When someone says they are going to do something, how often is that statement half-hearted and how often do we actually mean what we say?  That is the time it takes for you to spin a story about amazing things you are going to achieve, is directly proportional to the time it would take to practice a little toward actually reaching that goal. a good example of practice  a little is a strike because on strike people talk a little and practice alot because they know what they want and they mean business. How can't we as individual do this for our own benefit? 

 

 

If we can do things the way they do we will reach our destiny's in life. not to sing or strike but to talk and implement or practice at the same time.

Wedding cake-in-the-middle-of-the road.

The cake had a soft, spongy base with a row of perfectly positioned strawberries drizzled with chocolate. A small facsimile of the bride and groom stood hand in hand on top of the cake. My friend decided to take a cake and run away with it with her vows on top the last message on the cake was” you were the last men to steal my heart.”It was the perfect wedding cake, so big and white… but amongst the breath taking site and rich odour was a lonely and forgotten memory of a bride and groom which will never be seen again.

What a beautiful wedding to be ruined like that. Some times it’s good to keep your opinion to yourself to avoid ruining something beautiful. My friend gave all her heart to his love of her life until some lady pop in and ruing everything. At the time of pastor to put a ring on both couples some lady showed up with three  kids looking the same as men and she said” this marriage is over this men can not marry you where she’s privately having these kids with me, who he thinks he is? Who is going to maintain somebody else’s kids?
